Lakeville Area Schools has a Staff of the Month recognition program that highlights two staff members each month. Staff are nominated by their fellow staff members. The superintendent meets each staff member to present them with a recognition award and a gift card donated by the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce and Visit Lakeville.
