  • The Human Resources Department works to ensure academic achievement of Lakeville Area students by recruiting and retaining a high-quality staff. Externally, the department updates and maintains job postings and processes applications to facilitate the hiring process. Internally, the department is responsible for benefits, contracts, employee wellness and other services offered to district staff.
