Eight students from Lakeville South High School and 11 students from Lakeville North High School have earned various awards at the 2024 Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards. Art was awarded based on originality, skill and the expression of a voice or vision that stands out from classroom assignments and social media trends.

All students who won a Gold Key award will see their artwork advance to the national competition in New York City. These students also have the opportunity to show their work at the University of Minnesota this summer.
