10 Lakeville North Speech students qualify for national tournament

2024 National Speech and Debate Tournament Qualifiers from Lakeville North High School

Congratulations to the 10 students from the Lakeville North High School Speech team on qualifying for the National Speech and Debate Tournament, taking place this June in Des Moines, Iowa. 

The following students qualified for nationals:

  • Anna Branchini (grade 12) - Dramatic Interpretation and Program Oral Interpretation
  • Adelyn Frost (10) & Meredith Leo (10) - Duo Interpretation
  • Ankita Gurung (12) - Program Oral Interpretation and Original Oratory
  • Evangeline Johnson (10) - Dramatic Interpretation
  • Aaimah Khawaja (12) - US Extemporaneous Speaking
  • Maizie Moe (10) - Humorous Interpretation
  • Charese Mutebi (12) - Original Oratory
  • Louise Nguyen (12) - International Extemporaneous Speaking and Informative Speaking
  • Ella Raiche (12) - Informative Speaking
