Registering for Community Education Classes & Programs

  • Lakeville Area Community Education uses Eleyo, an online platform, for registration in all Community Education programs and classes.

    If you are new to Lakeville Community Education, or have not created an Eleyo account for your family, please follow  to get your account set up.


    5 Easy Ways to Register

    Online

    Online registration is available for most classes and events at 

    In Person

    The Community Education Building is located at 17685 Juniper Path, Suite 200, Lakeville (main floor of the building) and is generally open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. An after hours drop box is available. You may use one form to register multiple family members for programs. Additional forms are available one our website, if needed.

    Mail

    Simply download the registration form and mail the completed form with check made payable to ISD 194 or credit card authorization to:

    Fax

    Faxed registration forms are accepted with credit card authorization at 952-469-7396.

    Phone

    Register by phone using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card by calling 952-232-2150.

    NOTE: Small Wonders

    All Small Wonders registrations must be submitted online. If you have questions, please call Ann at 952-232-3001.

    NOTE: ECFE

    Early Childhood Family Education uses a sliding-fee scale for classes based upon annual family income. Please use the scale and information on the ECFE webpage when registering for ECFE classes. For Sibling Care, please fill out an additional line of the registration form.


    Confirmations

    Confirmations are sent via email if you have a valid email address on file in the Eleyo system.


    Fee Assistance for Enrichment Programs

    Fee Assistance is available to families who qualify for the Free or Reduced Meal Program through Lakeville Area Schools. Please complete the steps listed in the online .

    Release of Walking/Biking Liability Waiver

    Students in grades 3-5 may bike or walk home from Community Education Before and After School Enrichment programs with parent permission.  Students younger than grade 3 may bike or walk home with an approved sibling who is in grade 3 or above.

    This form must be submitted and approved no less than 1 business day prior to the start of class.  If the student is walking or biking from more than 1 class (ie, Chess and Legos class), they must complete one form for each class they are granting permission to.

    Please complete our to allow your student to walk/bike to or from Youth Enrichment classes.


    Refund Policy

    The status of most classes and events is determined several days before a class start date.

    Transfers

    Transfers may be made without a service fee five or more business days prior to the class start date. Transfers two to four business days prior to the start will incur a $5 service fee. Transfers will not be made one day prior to class start date.

    Refunds

    A full refund minus a $5 service fee will be made if the request to withdraw is received five or more business days before a class start date. If a request to withdraw is received two to four business days before a class start date, a $10 service fee will be deducted. Beginning one business day before a class start date, refunds for withdraws will not be made. Full refunds are made if a class or event is cancelled. Refunds are unavailable for Small Wonders classes and events unless the class or event is cancelled.
