Two Lakeville area students, Adelaide Mlodzik and Sydney Mlodzik, recently qualified as inaugural World Martial Arts Committee (WMAC) Team USA members. The two traveled to Cinicinnati, Ohio to compete in their respective age and belt level divisions at the National Qualifier Tournament last weekend. 

Adelaide, a 7th grader at Century Middle School, placed 2nd in her weapons form and 3rd in her open hand form. Sydney, a 5th grader at Lakeview Elementary, placed 2nd in her weapons form and 4th in her open hand form. 

Sydney and Adelaide will travel to the Czech Republic in September to compete at the World Martial Arts Games - Elite World Championships. Way to represent Lakeville and the United States, Adelaide and Sydney!
