If your child is interested in attending the Lakeville Pathways Academy High School Program (grades 10-12), please call 952-232-3900 or email pathways@isd194.org  to set up a meeting to learn more. When we meet, please bring along the following:

• Parent or guardian (if under the age of 18)
• Emergency contact information
• Copy of birth certificate
• Current email addresses
• If driving, bring license plate number
• School records can be faxed to the attention of Sharon Danley at 952-469-7171

We enroll new students at the start of each quarter.

After-school Credit Recovery Program

After-school classes in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies are offered at Lakeville Pathways Academy from 3-5 p.m. beginning in October.  Please check back for exact dates and places.  Lakeville North High School and Lakeville South High School students can register for after school credit recovery before each quarter by meeting with their dean. Students who are not currently enrolled can contact the Lakeville Pathways Academy Principal at 952-232-3900 to inquire about enrolling. You can also send an e-mail to pathways@isd194.org .
