All: Each month we would like to provide treats and coffee supplies for the LNHS Staff. This month is Teacher Appreciation Week! Wednesday, May 8 is bars, lets make it special!!
In addition to these items, we are collecting gift cards for Ms. Budde to distribute as prizes among the staff. We are also collecting items for the nurse's office which include granola bars, cough drops & mini water bottles. Lastly, we would like to collect positive notes or quotes for the tables each month. The staff have really enjoyed all of the notes and messages in past years. Donations can be dropped off at the front desk starting on Monday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 8 by 10:00am. Lakeville North High School is searching for Link Crew Leaders for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for 100+ leaders! This is your chance to step up and make a difference!
WHAT IS LINK CREW?
Link Crew is an orientation program designed to welcome our 9th graders and help them start their journey at Lakeville North High School on the right foot. As a Link Crew Leader, you will play a vital role by sharing your experiences from your time here so far. Together with other 11th and 12th graders, you will receive training on how to support incoming 9th graders. Each leader, along with a partner, will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and leading a small group of about ten 9th graders throughout the year. For more information please see the

Juniors & Seniors: Prom is quickly approaching! It will be held Saturday May 18th from 8:00 - 11:00 pm at Pinstripes in Edina. There will be a DJ and dancing, bowling, bocce ball, photo booth, and more! Tickets are now on sale and will be $25 per person. Parents: With the new semester it is important to know that teachers are only available until 3:15. Therefore, if your child is not under direct supervision of a teacher, coach or director, they need to leave the building at 3:15. If they are waiting for a ride at 3:15, they need to wait at the north entrance in the commons for pick up at the student doors. (Added 1/23/24)

Attention ALL AP Exam Students! In your Infinite Campus schedule, you will see under your "0" hour, your AP exam date(s), time(s) and room assignment(s). Be sure to check it closely. All students should report to their assigned room by morning exams -7:30am, and afternoon exams -11:30am, to get set up and find their assigned seat.
Testing will begin promptly at 7:45am (AM exams) or 11:45am (PM exams), for pre-administration answer sheet requirements. NO admittance for late arrival students and no make-up dates or refunds for any exams. Students will be excused from their classes during their exam time ONLY, and they are expected to start and/or complete their day with their usual class schedules.
Morning exams: If an exam runs past students' normal "A" lunch, they should have lunch immediately following their exam..during "B" lunch, and then immediately go to their normally scheduled class.
Afternoon exams: "A" and "B" lunch students should have lunch at their normal time. Students who normally take "C" lunch should take "B' lunch and report to their exam by 11:30am.
Be sure to bring pencils, one black and one blue pen, and any calculator needed to the exam. NO devices such as phones, watches or ear buds will be allowed. If devices are heard or used, students' exams will be voided. NO early dismissal from exams of any kind will be allowed. Good luck to all AP testing students!! (Added 4/30/24)
ALL: After school tutoring session 2 for all subjects is available, join the LNHS Study Group, Tuesday and Thursday, April 23-May 16 Tuesday, 2:45-4:15PM. In room N321. This group is set up to help you work on homework with the assistance of a teacher and peer tutors. Those that want to sign up are signing up to consistently attend these sessions.

All: Lakeville North Manufacturing Metals & Welding students are building a Rat Rod Go Kart sponsored by Northern tool. The students at North have been building a cool one of a kind Rat Rod Go Kart under celebrity mentors "The KING" Richard Petty from Nascar and Billy Lane of Choppers Inc.
The students are unveiling the finished project at the Back to the 50's celebration this spring. Please see attached for more details. (Added 3/28/24)

All: The Lakeville North Now & Then Singers present their annual Cabaret Show. Come listen to solo and group numbers and enjoy a catered dessert in an intimate performance setting. Performances are Friday and Saturday, May 3 and 4 at 7:00 pm at the Lakeville Arts Center 20965 Holyoke Avenue

Boys Soccer - Any current 7th-11th grade boys soccer players who plan to play soccer at Lakeville North High School this fall should plan on attending a very important informational meeting on Thursday, May 2nd, at 7:00pm in the Lakeville North Auditorium. We ask that all athletes and at least one parent/guardian for each athlete attend the meeting.
